Today, Dan is a Founder of Perennial Real Estate and leads Finn Family Group, continuing a legacy built on local expertise, trusted relationships, and a commitment to helping people make informed real estate decisions throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and the surrounding communities. The Perennial name reflects both the team's deep roots and their belief in building relationships that continue long after the closing table.
Now in his 18th year as a REALTOR®, Dan has helped more than 500 families successfully buy and sell homes. He is an eight-time Five Star Professional award recipient, has been recognized multiple times as one of Washingtonian magazine's Best Real Estate Agents, and was previously ranked among his brokerage's Top 100 agents for five consecutive years. While he appreciates these recognitions, Dan considers the trust his clients place in him to be his greatest accomplishment.

Before beginning his real estate career, Dan served in the Peace Corps in Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana from 2002 to 2005. Combined with his bachelor's degree in International Affairs, that experience strengthened his communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing the importance of meeting people where they are and helping them achieve their goals.
Outside of real estate, Dan remains actively involved in the community he serves. He has supported numerous local schools and organizations over the years, including Shepherd's Table, the Takoma Park Safe Routes to School 5K, and the Crossroads Community Farmers Market. His commitment to the region extends beyond real estate because this is the community he proudly calls home.
