Will Wiard is an accomplished real estate broker and industry leader with more than 17 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $2.5 billion in real estate sales transactions over a five-year period, providing strategic leadership, operational expertise, and professional guidance across a wide range of real estate markets.
Over the course of his career, Will has represented a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, including third-party agencies as well as companies such as Amazon and Nestlé. His leadership and contributions to the real estate industry have earned numerous professional recognitions, including Manager of the Year and selection as one of the National Association of REALTORS®' 30 Under 30 honorees in 2017.
Before serving as Principal Broker for Side, Inc., where he oversees brokerage operations in the Washington, DC market and North Carolina, Will spent three years as Principal Broker for Kelly Real Estate in Loudoun County, Virginia. His extensive experience includes strategic marketing, brokerage operations, commercial sales and leasing, regulatory compliance, and supporting agents through complex real estate transactions.
Will has also remained actively involved in advancing the real estate profession. He served for six years on the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors and has participated on numerous state and local association committees. In addition, he is a dedicated supporter of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), which advocates for public policies that support homeowners, property rights, and the real estate profession.
Beyond real estate, Will has a background in Visual Technology and mobile application development, including user interface (UI), user experience (UX), native iOS applications, and PropTech solutions. This unique blend of technology, brokerage leadership, and real estate expertise allows him to bring both innovation and strategic insight to the professionals and clients he serves.
