Throughout her career, Susan has developed extensive experience in relocation services, helping individuals and families successfully move throughout the Washington metropolitan area. As a Relocation Counselor, she worked closely with both corporate and military transferees, helping them understand the local communities, housing market, and many details involved in a successful move. Whether relocating across town or across the country, she understands the planning, communication, and coordination required to make the transition as smooth as possible.
In addition to residential real estate, Susan's background includes property management, residential leasing, and new construction sales. Her experience with newly built homes allows her to help buyers understand builder contracts, financing options, and the unique considerations involved in purchasing new construction.
