Marc has spent decades building deep roots in the Aspen Hill, Rockville, and Silver Spring communities—not just as a Realtor, but as an educator,
community advocate, and trusted friend. Through years of teaching at multiple synagogues, he connected with countless families and built a foundation of trust across the Jewish community.
His specialization in senior transitions emerged organically from seeing families struggle with one of life's most challenging moments: helping aging
parents leave homes they'd lived in for 40+ years and navigate an unfamiliar world of senior living options. Too many families felt overwhelmed and
alone, working with agents who could sell the house but had no idea about Leisure World unit types, facility differences, or how to coordinate the
dozens of moving pieces involved in a complete transition.
Marc saw the gap and filled it. He became deeply involved with GROWS (Grassroots Organization for the Wellbeing of Seniors), built relationships with facility staff,
learned every Leisure World building inside and out, and created a network of trusted contractors, movers, and service providers. He developed
expertise not just in real estate transactions, but in the complete journey from long-time family home to the right next chapter.
What drives Marc is simple: he wants families to feel supported, not alone. He wants seniors to maintain dignity and control during vulnerable
transitions. And he wants to be the person families think of first—and trust most—when they face these life-changing moments.
Over time, Marc discovered something powerful: when you serve families well during senior transitions, they remember. Adult children who watched
Marc guide their parents with patience and expertise come back when they need real estate help. They refer siblings, friends, and colleagues. They
become clients for life, and their children become clients too. Marc isn't just building a business—he's building multi-generational family relationships
founded on trust earned during the moments that matter most.
