A Silver Spring, Maryland native, Javier Garza is a real estate agent with a deep knowledge of the communities he serves across Maryland and Washington, DC. He is dedicated to serving his clients with honesty, integrity, and a refreshingly non-pushy approach to real estate transactions.

Javier ensures that his clients are informed during every step of the home buying or selling process, allowing them to move forward with clarity and confidence, knowing that their decisions are aligned with their financial and lifestyle goals.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Javier earned a degree in Biology from Columbia University and ran a successful fitness business in New York City for over a decade. This experience allowed him to develop a strong foundation in client service as well as passion for health and wellness — something that informs his approach to real estate to this day.

Recognizing that home energy efficiency and indoor air quality has a major impact on both the enjoyment of a home and long-term maintenance costs, Javier was eager to learn more. He began developing relationships with local architects and home builders specializing in energy efficient designs, and also obtained a Building Science Principles certificate from the Building Performance Institute. Javier uses this knowledge base to help his clients understand each home from a truly holistic point of view.
